Refund Policy.

Effective date: June 25, 2026

1. Memberships

All Foil Racing League memberships — Supporter, Competitor, Foil Racing Club, and Race Organizer — are non-refundable. This is consistent with the industry standard for sanctioning bodies. Memberships remain active through the end of the paid term, and you may cancel auto-renewal at any time from your account billing portal to prevent future charges.

2. Event entries

Race entries and event registrations purchased through FRL or affiliated event organizers are non-refundable. Entry transfers to another rider, another event, or a future season may be permitted at the discretion of the event organizer. Contact the event organizer directly for transfer requests.

If an event is canceled by the organizer or FRL, the organizer's posted cancellation policy will govern any credits or refunds. Weather, water conditions, force majeure, and safety-related cancellations may not be eligible for refund.

3. Sanctioning fees

Event sanctioning fees paid by clubs or organizers are non-refundable once the event has been listed or insurance has been issued.

4. Merchandise and other purchases

Unworn, unused merchandise in original condition may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the purchase price, less original shipping. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. Custom or made-to-order items are final sale.

5. Duplicate or erroneous charges

If you believe you were charged in error or charged more than once for the same item, contact us within 60 days at hello@foilracingleague.com and we will investigate and correct any verified errors.

6. How to request a refund or transfer

Send your request to hello@foilracingleague.com with your order or registration confirmation, the email on the account, and the reason for the request. Refunds, when approved, are issued to the original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days.

7. Chargebacks

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback. Chargebacks filed without first giving us an opportunity to resolve the issue may result in suspension of membership and eligibility to register for sanctioned events.
